Working performance:
1. Demisting efciency: under the normal operational condition, the droplet density of flue  gas from the exit of demister is under 50mg/Nm3.
2. Compressor pressure drop: without taking front and back  interference of demister  into consideration,it is guaranteed that under 100% of flue gas load, the pressure drop of all  the demister system is under120Pa.
3. High temperature resistance: 80-95℃ in normal working condition, and 110℃ transiently.
4. Water pressure resistance: it is guaranteed that the blade can work well when the flushing water pressure is 0.3Mpa.
5. Flushing nozzle: full cone nozzle, with flushing water spray angle of 90—120 degrees, spraying solid cone, can guarantee all parts of the blade are covered, with no blocking.
 
Operational Principle:
Plate (streamline blade/baffle plate blade) demister depends on the principles of inertia, eccentricity, impact, gravity and etc. When flue gas passes through blades and changes its direction many times, the droplet is throw on the blade with the effect of inertia and eccentricity, realizing gas-liquid separation. The droplet on the blade is gathered into large liquid drop and falls down because of its own weight.
Technical Features:
The form of the blade is like sinusoid with the merits of smooth surface easy to wash and less risk of blocking;
The demister body  is formed by means of extrusion with  the merits of high bearing capacity and  tensile strength,  easy  installation and maintenance, low pressure drop and no dead corner of demisting.Widely used in FGD desulfurization system.
